much to do!

Inspiration:

Yes I do talk about inspiration like it was some sort of condiment,

But sometimes it should be. And if we all sat back from time to time and acted on a flash of inspiration just imagine were we could go.

So without rambling on to much let me start off by saying that I am now officially inspired.

Sometimes even with things that are of the utmost importance to one self we become a little complacent

Things we do and seemingly do well, become somewhat routine.

Face it, happens to us all am I right?



Well I am once again cured of this hum drum day by day status..(for now)



The Scorpion has arrived and the imagination went off the charts with ideas the second I smelled them.

I mean Boom like a race horse I have shot straight out of the gate.

First things first though, time to go shopping at the veggie store. I need to complete a recipe that is trying to burst out from some long hidden door in my mind….I feel a little Evil lurking.

So first things first I guess into the lab and talk to some people always good to have as much information as possible. Feedback is everything. 9:00 am Wednesday the 18th

Well I guess the first thing to do is sit back and take a bite. One really cant continue on without knowing what there dealing with so I did.

A 7 pot (well a re-hydrated 7 pot) is an experience well recommended.

This pepper is definitely one to recon with. My first experience has made the hype and the race for this pepper a well earned challenge so I truly understand why it has forced itself the forefront of most chilihead conversations. Color me impressed.

So what to do with this amazing little pod? Something different something new or maybe something a little off the beaten path? Well I say give me the path less traveled.

Now the flavor profile of the scorpion pepper was surprisingly tasty with an earthy sweetness to it that aches for cranberry or an apple cranberry?

i guess this is the beginning

Well lets see,

Creating something new that’s being done by millions and millions of qualified and resourceful people. Where do you start? Exactly ..for me it was a long winding road with a lot of cavernous holes along the way. And then I guess fate steps in and directs you to your destiny.

For some it happens early for some much later. I was the later half of the equation.

And for some reason a passion emerged from deep inside that for lack of a better term consumed me.

And I was not fighting it all the while having fun and enjoying every step.

So born to run or fight or fix whatever it may be my road led to a kitchen.

And for all intense and purposes I found a creative flair with a knife and a blender.

Cooking chili mixing seasonings creating a new twist on old flavors, and kicking up an excitement to want to come to the dinner table again was a calling. I found myself always searching for a wickedly common ingredient and firing it up. Whether it be a pineapple or an olive, nothing would ever be safe from me again.

　

Imagination freedom and a willingness to bring the evil from inside.

　

Well now that you can basically understand my thought process. Lets begin with our journey shall we?

I have been enjoying a ride of fire so to speak for about two years.

Learning and more importantly listening and consuming knowledge from anyone and everyone, whether they know it or not. This is a very important thing to do. Learn from mistakes correct problems early and try and push through obstacles before they bury you.

I don’t want to sound like I am rambling on and on here but there is a mindset you need to incorporate

And believe in. because there are so many things to know before you can start it may seem ridiculous at times. New sellable products do not rise to the top everyday. My favorite saying as kid was if I could put that in a bottle I would be a millionaire. Ha-ha very funny. More like put that in a bottle know the chemical composition of it pay this one and that one jump through this hoop and that one.

And maybe at the end of the day the health dept will say its ok .

But be strong and persevere all will be just fine in the end, remember anything worth anything you need to work for. So shall we begin I will post a weekly blog post and continue to continue the journey and try to answer questions as needed remember knowledge is power,
